What's the difference between 'In-App' and 'On-Chain' crypto transfers?

Hi everyone,

I've been using the Crypterium app for a while and have a question about sending crypto.

When I go to send a transfer, I see two options: 'In-App' and 'On-Chain' transfers. The fees are obviously different, and I'm a bit confused about when to use which option. I've tried to find a clear explanation in the app's FAQ but haven't seen a detailed breakdown.

Could someone explain the main differences between these two transfer types, especially in terms of security, speed, and what happens in the background? For example, is an 'In-App' transfer just a ledger update, while 'On-Chain' is a true blockchain transaction? What are the practical use cases for each?

Thanks for the help!
