Branded App (iOS, Android platforms)
Product scope and customization options
In the product type «Branded app» Crypterium delivers a product with fixed customization options. Customization options that are available in the process of app delivery are marked with «*» in the current Checklist.
All other customization options are billed above via further commercial discussion.
1. Registration and authorization user flows:
1.1. Are present by default, replicate Crypterium main app flows and are not subject to be customized:
1.1.1. Sign-up by phone number
1.1.2. Sign-in
1.1.3. Sign-out
1.1.4. Password reset
1.1.5. Email confirmation
1.2. Is to be provided by partner within customization:
1.2.1. *Partner's privacy policy agreement checkbox during registration: a partner is to provide Crypterium with the link to the .pdf file published at partner's web-site
1.2.2. Partner’s logo on the welcome screen
2. KYC user flows are present by default, replicate Crypterium main app flows and are not subject to be customized:
2.1. KYC0 (first/last name, country of residence without confirmation),
2.2. KYC1 (identity verification)
2.3. KYC2 (residence verification)
2.4. KYC3 (source of funds verification) - the manual process for users with high transactional volumes
3. Operational user flows
3.1. Are present by default, replicate Crypterium main app flows and are not subject to be customized:
3.1.1. Crypto wallet receive feature and external or internal deposits processing within the list of supported by Crypterium currencies
3.1.2. Crypto wallet transfer feature and withdrawals processing to external or internal blockchain addresses within the list of supported by Crypterium currencies
3.1.3. Exchange within the crypto pairs the list of supported by Crypterium currencies
3.1.4. Crypto purchase by bank cards (PayIn)
3.1.5. Crypto-to-fiat withdrawals to bank cards (PayOut)

3.1.7. Card load
3.1.8. Card history (list of card transactions)
3.1.9. History (list of user transactions)
3.2. Is to be provided by partner within customization:
3.2.1. Logotype on the card (virtual and plastic) that is shown on the card order screen – can not be changed
3.2. Is to be provided by partner within customization:
3.2.1. History (change the image when the history of transactions is empty, the example can be found in Crypterium App)
3.2.2. Card colour (that is shown virtually in the app): can be changed to any RGB solid colour provided by a partner within the general customization
4. Profile settings are present by default, replicate Crypterium main app flows and are not subject to be customized:
4.1. Profile details
4.2. Chat support (copy support email/go to default email app)
4.3. Primary Currency: USD. Expanding to any other fiat currency is NOT subject to be customised (the default currency after the download is USD, but it can be changed further by the user)
4.4. Touch/Face ID (Face ID only IOS)
4.5. Change password
4.6. Confirm email
4.7. Change email
4.8. Logout
5. App texts and localization can be changed within customisation:
5.1. *UI texts and titles: can be updated by a partner in the provided .csv localization file within customization
5.2. *Localization main language: default localization includes English, Portuguese, Spanish, Russian, German, French and Korean. Any of these languages also may be set by default for the users that first download the app. Any other language CAN NOT be added by a partner within customization.
6. UI/UX customization options:
6.1. *App logo: is to be updated by Crypterium based on the provided by a partner .svg file of the high quality or .png (1024х1024 resolution, non-transparent) within customization
6.2. *main UI frames colour: can be changed to any RGB solid colour provided by a partner within the customization. Gradient colour schemas are not supported.
6.3. *Buttons colour: the buttons that are yellow colored in the Crypterium app can be changed to any RGB solid colour provided by a partner within the customization. Gradient colour schemas are not supported.
6.4. Loading animation: can be updated based on the provided by a partner animation JSON code (can be prepared at https://lottiefiles.com/) within the customization
6.5. Background colour: is NOT subject to be customized
6.6. Fonts: is NOT is not subject to be customized (Default font is San Francisco, size of the font depends on the element)
6.7. UI images: is NOT not subject to be customized
6.8. UI layout (main dashboard, card, history, profile): NOT customizable
7. Email/SMS/push notifications
7.1. Are presented by default:
7.1.1. Email notification sender default address: [email protected]. Changing the domain is NOT subject to be customised
7.1.2. SMS notifications: are configured based on default templates accepted by Crypterium and are NOT changed within the customization
7.1.3. Push notifications: are NOT provided within the customization
7.1.4. Notifications API callbacks: is NOT the customization option.
7.2. Can be changed within general customisation
7.2.1. Email notifications: are configured based on default templates and can be configured based on the provided by a partner .html templates accepted by Crypterium provided within the customization
7.2.2. SMS notification titles: are changed to Partner's title (for titled SMS codes) within the customization
8. Plastic cards and package designs:
8.1. Plastic card colour: can be chosen from available standard CMYK colours within the cards preorder process colors (yellow/grey/violet). Submission of another CMYK colour for generally branded card design is subjected to the approval
The minimum card order quantity is:
- standard yellow Crypterium cards - no limitations
- violet cards - above 1000
- grey cards - above 1000
- another CMYK colour - above 3500
8.2. Virtual card Apple pay design: the standard Crypterium virtual card design is configured by default. Another generally branded design can be submitted to Apple/payment system approval
8.3. Plastic card packaging: a standard envelope, the card is covered with the default Crypterium print which can be changed based on the version provided by a partner in .pdf. The custom print can be added if the quantity of cards ordered by partner is above 3500 cards.
9. Commission and prices configuration:
9.1. Is not customisable:
9.1.1. Transactional commissions: is NOT the general customization
9.1.2. Card transactional fees (monthly fee, FX, ATM): is NOT a general customization
9.2. Can be customized:
9.2.1. Card order price: can be updated within the general customization
10. API backend methods: is NOT provided by default, is not customizable and is handled by Crypterium.
11. Operational processes:
11.1. Support: is serviced by Crypterium team. A partner is to provide Crypterium within the general customization with the email address registered at the partner's domain to be integrated with Crypterium ticket system
11.2. Financial crime transactional monitoring: is provided by Crypterium team
11.3. App updates: planned app updated are provided in accordance with Crypterium main app updates roadmap and can impact the clients with not updated to the latest version of mobile apps. In case of critical issues, the updates are provided within the reasonable timing. If the app should be updated by partner, not by Crypterium team, if the update didn’t happen, Crypterium is not responsible for the issues.
11.4. App publications: are configured by partner, the app is NOT published under Crypterium accounts.
11.5. All the consultations regarding app publication is billed above the standard app delivery process.
12. Reporting / admin accounts:
12.1. At initial stages of integration the reporting is provided on a weekly basis based on key metrics (number of registrations, number of KYC applications, number of KYC approvals, number of card orders, number of activated cards, transactional volume by operation types)
12.2. Power BI online dashboard is configured within reasonable timing after the launch
13. Partner custom products integration within the branded app:
13.1. Is not allowed. SDK integration by a partner's development team into a partner's own mobile app is to be suggested
14. New products and other features of Crypterium main app, which are NOT present by default and to be included into a partner's branded app in accordance with Crypterium's roadmap for SDK updates without specific timeline of the integration:
