I'm finally ticking Dubai off my bucket list next month, and the number one thing on my agenda is experiencing the desert. Specifically, I'm looking to do some serious Dune Bashing.

I've been researching online and came across this company: Dune Bashing Dubai. Their fleet of 4x4s looks well-maintained, and they seem to have good credentials. However, before I hit that book button, I wanted to get some real opinions from fellow travelers who have been through this.

My Questions for the Community:

The Intensity: How rough does it actually get? Is it a gentle cruise or a full-on rollercoaster? I'm excited but a little nervous about motion sickness.

Timing: I'm torn between a morning safari and an evening one. I'd love sunset photos, but is the evening slot usually overcrowded?

The Drivers: How do I know if a company has good drivers? The website mentions professional drivers—has anyone experienced their dune bashing session with this specific provider?

What to Wear: I know it's the desert, but will I be too hot in jeans? Any specific clothing recommendations?
